I can’t say enough good things about Porsche Little Rock! I live three hours away from the dealership, so getting scheduled maintenance done has always been a hassle — until now. With this new dealership, everything was seamless. They sent a private, covered transport to my home to pick up my Taycan and even dropped off a loaner vehicle for me. Just a few days later, my car was back in my driveway, fully serviced — and I didn’t have to lift a finger. All communication was handled quickly and efficiently through email and text. It couldn’t have been easier. Because of this outstanding service, they’ve earned my loyalty. I can’t say the same for the dealership in Tulsa.

Quick service on recall items. I was able to work with the service department to schedule the items in advance so that they had a loaner car for me. All service items were completed within one day, and they Performed a general health check on the car as well. Then they hand washed the vehicle inside and out. Matt was the Service dept rep I worked with. Great to work with.

This is my home. I have purchased new Porsche cars from multiple Porsche dealers but have never been treated as well as I have at POLR. These guys go out of their way to provide me excellent service and treat me like you would expect from a high end company. Justin and Dillion go out of their way for me and I want to thank them. 2025 I did my first European Delivery and it was an amazing experience.

Seth in Service and Daniel in Sales are great to work with. Tony, the transporter, took great care of our Porsche while picking up and delivering it back home. I wouldn't hesitate to use Porsche Little Rock for any future warranty work.

Premium experience in every way! I’ve been to a LOT of dealerships all over the country for all different brands, and every experience I have had with this company has been professional, respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful. It’s like no other trip to a dealership you’ve ever had, even for the smallest stuff on an older model. It almost feels like a restoration collaboration, not just going in to get a car serviced — I felt taken seriously, the respected my budget, and didn’t push anything I didn’t want. 10/10, I’ve been back a couple times and will be back again (I just hope not too soon because it means I broke something). :)

The service department team was awesome! Purchased a vehicle outside of the dealer and they were still willing and able to help me with all recalls and services. They were also straight forward with what needed to be done to the vehicle. Most of all, when it came time for the extended warranties to pay for services but denied claims, Daniel and his fought back the absurdity and we were able to have the services covered. Highly recommend this team!

I just love the customer service that I received from this dealership. Dillion and his co-workers made me feel like more than a customer, they made me feel like I was part of their family. They service they provided me didn’t just stop when it met their needs, but they went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met as well… I recommend that you give this dealership a try for yourself, because they sale more than just Porsche vehicles and they care more about you than just their commission. I love my Porsche family for making the purchase of my Toyota Highlander happen for me. It was a plus when I left with a warranty on my vehicle, because it wasn’t even expected and I was able to still stay within my budget. To God be the glory. : )

Kingsley, Matt and the entire team went above and beyond all expectations. Our Taycan purchase was smooth and efficient. There was a little negotiation but they were fair and so was I. The F & I manager presented my options regarding service and protection plans but was not pushy. The delivery experience was absolutely phenomenal! We were treated like rock stars! I can’t recommend Porsche of Little Rock enough.

I had an outstanding experience at Porsche Little Rock during my recent purchase of a 2014 Cayman S. Dylan and the sales/management team were responsive and professional as expected but they went beyond, making the purchase of this automobiles truly wonderful experience. Since I flew in from out of state, Dylan picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership where my car was waiting under a black satin curtain—an awesome touch! Everything was prepared and organized when I arrived: documents, information, and all of my vehicle service details. Jay and his service team did a thorough inspection of my Porsche and made sure it was ready for the trip home. I was really impressed with the new key fob covers that he provided and a fresh set of batteries to make sure that everything went smoothly. My personal thanks to the whole team at Porsche Little Rock, good job!

I purchased my G63 yesterday and made the trip to Little Rock to pick it up, and the entire experience was absolutely first class. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress free. Dillon and Johnathan were a pleasure to work with and made everything straightforward and transparent. Their communication and attention to detail set a standard that is hard to match. I flew into Little Rock from Dallas and was picked up right on time by Brittany, who was professional and welcoming and made the arrival seamless. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was showroom ready and exactly as promised. No surprises, no pressure, just professionalism and class across the board. I would recommend Porsche Little Rock to anyone, whether buying locally or out of state. This experience restored my faith in what true professionalism and customer care should look like.
